Meet Carla, Mark Reed’s Patient Financial Coordinator. Carla is here to help you understand your bill and discuss your options for payment assistance. Carla works with patients to resolve their accounts with Mark Reed Healthcare District. She has several options and programs that MRH offers to help patients who are experience difficulty managing their medical bills.
Some of these options include:
- Extended installment agreements/payment plans
- A Community Care program which provides a sliding discount based on annual income
- Credit on your MRH balances for property taxes paid to the county for the hospital
- Coordination with CHOICE Regional Health Network for additional state and federally funded programs and assistance
