Skilled Nursing
& Rehabilitation Program
Our hospital also has a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Program (also known as a Swing Bed Program in CAH’s). This program hosts patients who are recently out of surgery but need a bit more recovery time before returning home. Staying at Mark Reed is a great alternative for Grays Harbor residents who don’t want their families to have to commute to Thurston or Pierce Counties to visit.
We only host up to two rehabilitation patients at a time to ensure that they are able to receive plenty of attention and round the clock care. We provide fresh, made-to-order meals in a custom meal plan, lots of personal attention from our nursing staff and a quiet, peaceful setting in our boutique-style rooms to recuperate.
