We accept many insurances including Medicare 
and Medicaid. (Please refer to Insurance Information for a partial list.) Often, same day appointments are available for established patients. Out of respect to our patients and their time, our clinic runs on a very strict schedule.
Patients who arrive more than 10 minutes
late for their scheduled appointments will
be asked to reschedule.
For All Appointments:
You will need valid photo ID & Insurance card or medical coupons.
Mark Reed Healthcare Clinic now uses an Electronic Medical Record (or EMR) system. This EMR system has many benefits to both you, the patient, and to your provider. You may be asked to have your photo taken as a part of your electronic chart. This photo will be confidential, as is all information in your medical record. When your provider accesses your medical record, this allows them to view a photo of you along with your name and medical history.
